Since Season of the Lost, scavengers have been disabled in Crucible. However, with the release of this season, the seasonal artifact mod "Enhanced Sword Scavenger" provides additional sword ammunition upon picking up a dropped Heavy ammo brick in Crucible. With testing, I can say that if a player drops a brick, you will pick-up a random ammo amount between 12 and 14.
