I literally have around 7 friends on my list that are MnK players that snipe around a 85+.
They just run target adjuster and sniper targeting and they’re are fine. My good friend just came back after a 6 month break and we were playing customs. He went 18 for 18 on MnK with 1000 yard.
Plenty of MnK players use Lorentz and fry with it. Calico is one of them.
AA has nothing to do with flinch. Flinched issues is when shot your reticle just goes straight up in the air, so all you have to do it time it right.
I’m not having a ego when I say that people just can’t pick up a controller and do what I can with a sniper.
I’ve played thousand of hours on both inputs. Unfortunately around 1 1/2 to 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a rare aggressive arthritis that made me go back to controller

Not here to play into the apparent "e-peen contest" this thread somehow turned into below, but I do find it funny that the OP initially responded as if you were flexing your e-peen the whole time when you were actually talking about how skilled others were for the most part. Aside from that, my own 2 cents would be for there to just be less aim assist/bullet mag in this game in general, or at least, not having ways to increase it so much. I wouldn't mind if helmet targeting mods only increased ADS speed for instance, because that's all I use them for personally. [spoiler]Also, sorry to hear about your condition.[/spoiler]

I was running NONE of the AA and hit box mods that you are right now and I was ripping every head off. AA is a huge issue with slugs, snipers and linears lmao. Calico is a great player, people use co troller with lorenz for a reason.

My point is 80% of controller players don’t snipe as high As us and you can’t just pick one up and be insane. Also, I’m an extremely aggressive sniper and I feel like there is only like 5% of controller players that aggressively snipe. Calico is using Lorentz on MnK if I’m not mistaken

Two, I have heard every idiot who thinks that they are good at sniping (including myself), call themselves some special aggressive controller sniper. I had to unadd a third of my friends list because I got tired of hearing people accuse me of ximming, it is not hard and controller snipers are very unbalanced in D2. Bro. You’re not as good as you are trying to act. I’m here just trying to have a conversation and you’re being a d!ck head. On Beloved I’m shootings at a 89% in Trial, but like a 93% overall which is probably in the top 2-3 percentile of players. I’m not trying to act like I’m some big bad player. I’m just stating I’m extremely aggressive sniper. Like I barrel stuff snipe. You shoot at 78% overall on 2000 sniper kills. I have like 40,000 sniper kills at a 78%. My headshot rating has obviously gone up because I’ve gotten better overtime. You just switched to MnK and have already developed that MNK egotistical mentality of “controller xyz” because it’s the popular thing to do. Guess what, it doesn’t make you look cool. It’s just flat out embarrassing. Especially since MnK Destiny 2 is insanely easy. Before my health decline I played Fortnite, D2, Apex, and CS on MnK and was quite good across the board. Since I’m talking with a 12 year old that can’t have a educated and friendly conversation I won’t be responding anymore so don’t bother. I’m actually just gonna block. Have a good day

My seasonal trials stats and seasonal in general are all better at a glance as well. You’re not special. I was almost a 3.0 for the season until I swapped. You’re a generic controller sniper, get over yourself. Like I said I made observations about two specific weapon types and even said that the other guns are BETTER on MnK. I just hurt you because you suck, crutch every sniper AA mod in the game and have an inflated ego. You weren’t having a conversation you picked one piece of an entire unbiased experience on AA in D2 and used it to try and stroke your e -blam!-. Take a hike trials farmer

We've established you just controller sniper crutch and are terrified of it being addressed. Probably also run last word for the full controller auto pilot experience. I wouldn't talk about kd when your main load out is complained about constantly on the forums :)

I guarantee you can’t put on a controller (because it’s so easy apparently) and pull off a fraction of what I can on one. There is a clear skill ceiling to playing controller that separates good from bad players. If it was as broken as you people try to stress there wouldn’t be any MnK players. I have 4-6 pages of friends and around 80% of them are MnK players

Many controller players can “pull off” ridiculous snipes for no reason other than slight repetition and high aim assist/bullet magnetism.

Hand to god I’m really not trying to ego. I’m literally just debating, providing my experience, and trying to explain. Have been a MnK player the egos they have is insane. You can’t deny that hating on controller players is “the popular” thing to do. I AM NOT TRYING TO EGO HERE: I’ve been HC/Sniper main since D1. I’ve put a lot of practice in obviously. Controller is not as easy as people like to act. I agree that sniping is SLIGHTLY easier on controller, but not to the degree y’all be stretching. I have like 7-10 MnK players that snipe at a 85%+ after they recently buffed Bullet Magnetism it’s gotten pretty easy. My good friend just started playing again after like 6 months. He’s on MnK, and we played customs and he went like 17-17 with Adored and asked if they buffed it. Anyways my point and I AM NOT EGOING. People act like you can just plug a controller in and be the best sniper in the game. Secondly, I know there are some bad controller players that have a HS % because they just sit in the back of the map. I just wanted to explain that I’m a very aggressive sniper (shotgun type aggressive) and that people want to call me sh!t and all that so I just said I guarantee most can’t plug a controller in and do the thing I can do (Literally just my confidence, not ego) and I said this because I’m so tired of MnK players complaining about controller when they are on the superior input (I’d know, was a MnK player until my unfortunate health issues) and just calling me sh!t lol.

Yea I was reading both of you I mean.. I liked your thoughts on it. I do mnk sometimes for the practice but I’m dog on it. Big agree that linears are just fundamentally broken. But so are fusions as a whole if you think about it. The game changer for good mnk players is the movement and how that far goes past what’s capable on the Roller. I really didn’t see you coming off as super egotistical about it all but hey , nice post imo.

Feel free to check my stats, I am a controller player. Not just any controller, but basic controllers, off the shelf stock no back buttons and using regular layouts. I hold the controller like a normal person (not claw or anything like that). Do you think my sniper headshot percentage shouldn’t be that high based on my kd? Basically saying the only reason my sniper headshot percentage is that much higher than other weapons is aim assist.
