you have to fully upgrade the armor so that it glows white
When you have fully upgraded a piece of armor it will light up white
For that you need to complete the Solstice Challenges
In order to have all armor pieces glow white, you must complete all 24 Solstice Challenges and then upgrade all armor pieces
Your Titan Helmet, Gauntlets and legs are not fully upgraded and therefore not glowing
That is normal
