Suspended from matches due to code bamboo and bat .what should I do?

Suspensions are 30min to a hour long and are issued for leaving too many comp, Gambit or Trials matches for ANY reason be it Internet issues, acts of nature, little brothers or just trying to get out of losing match. As players use to force internet issues to get out of losing matches without the penalties getting a error code is now a valid reason for a suspension.
