An update: after discussing centipede errors and region blocks, I was informed that all Destiny 2 releases (all platforms) utilize the Steam Relay for various network protections. As such, Steam being blocked would have an adverse impact on Destiny 2 playability in Indonesia. That said, I did read that Steam is working on becoming compliant with the regulations so this issue should clear up sooner rather than later.

The Indonesian government is blocking access to several services, including Steam. As such, if you are trying to play Destiny 2 via Steam in Indonesia (or any other game/service on one of the blocked platforms) you will be unable to do so. This is not something Bungie can help with. You will need to take up this matter with the Indonesian government.
