Hello, Short answer: No. Horror's Least has a chance to drop on all difficulties of Nightfall, when it is in rotation (it is available this week). If you want the Adept version, which allows it to have Adept weapon mods equipped, you'll need to run a GM as that version only drops from the Grandmaster difficulty.
