I've noticed latley everytime I come against playstation players in PvP they have a lag advantage, a lot of the time I'm hit twice before they are even on the screen. I first started noticing this in season 17 iron banner. The 6 clan mates I played with also experienced the same issue whilst playing Xbox against playstation, to make sure it wasn't just the host we tried several other people hosting the game and also asked in discord and on Facebook and every Xbox player is experiencing the same issues whilst playing against playstation players. When will this issue be resolved or will an option be put into the game to play against same console players only.
