Hi there. It may be that you've missed one of the pieces you need to collect to make the payload move. Sometimes a few may appear sunken into uneven objects/the ground, but you should still see the pillar of orange light from them and they can be picked up. Otherwise were you experiencing any lag or error codes around that time?
