Glaive shield subject to severe desync in PvP, sometimes upward of a full 1000ms delay.
After some testing with my clanmates I've found that the glaive shield does not operate clientside, which means shots that should be blocked often register as an unblocked hit as the shield is not up on the opponent's client. On my end, my shield was fully up for almost an entire second, but on their screen my shield only came up after I got shot.
This is EXTREMELY frustrating. Glaive shield's damage blocking being subject to client desync makes glaives way more difficult to play than it should. I always thought the shield had a "wind-up" time, but it's likely not the case. Either way, situations where I die through the shield is really discouraging. It's stuff like this that made me stop buying silver; this game's just too buggy to be worth the money any more.
The desync issue probably also the reason projectile hitreg is so wishy-washy. I love glaives but it feels like you're trying to discourage me from using them.
