Decided I would delete and start a new character to change one of my characters appearance. As I went through the tutorial, I found that after doing the Super step of the tutorial and exiting the building into the open area, the next quest step would disappear, and I would be surrounded by a bunch of very puzzled level 1s all wondering why their quest wasn't continuing. Must be a bug that quite a few of us are experiencing, so hopefully it gets fixed soon.
