I am sorry this has happened to you , my wife also suffers from random dizziness that she has gotten no explanation for, they just tell her it's vertigo, despite her being too young and send her home , and she is in tears because she was hoping they could make it stop or tell her why this is happening, but she just has to deal with it and be scared every time she has an episode, all I can do is hold her hand and try to reassure her she is ok
So I know what you are dealing with, and hope you can feel back to normal soon

I'm sorry to hear about your wife's condition and all I know is it's very scary sometimes and feels like you have a blood clot working it's way or a brain aneurysm or something fatal about to hit and that's not the case, it's just a ton of pressure in my head and I constantly have to tell myself that because I start to panic from it. My prayers are with you and your wife. The dizzy spells are hell
