If you go to your consoles setting and change the date and time to not be automatic then set it to like a month ahead or so you should be loaded in solo without fail. Unless Bungie fixed this that was how I got solo instances of strikes, planet destinations, etc. I’m not saying this still works, but I don’t remember them to get stating they patched it out.
