Unfortunately if you don't have the emblem by now then you did not qualify for it. The Bungie help team investigated and all qualifying accounts were given the emblem. As stated in the last TWaB.

Look, I get that, I read the TWAB. And I don't believe a word of it. That they investigated every instance. I never reported mine because I was told they were coming and to sit tight. Bungie is trying to sweep their negligence under the rug right now, when myself and others spent days prepping for and running this raid, and it wasn't until yesterday that they even said anything about the missing rewards meaning that you didn't clear that encounter. The associated triumph literally tracks it. I know you're trying to help. Like I said, I read the TWAB, and that's why I'm now speaking out and looking for an actual explanation. I'm being punished when I can prove that I did it, because they messed up the launch.

im kinda in the same boat but i can prove i got loot from the 1, 2, and 4th encounters for sure. i havent been able to find proof of the loot from 3rd which i thought I got but im not 100% certain. regardless, i know i completed it and i got to the rhulk day 1

Unfortunately with the current way they’re distributing the emblem, the way they check if you completed an encounter is if you got loot, which seems like an oversight imo considering many people didn’t get loot due to the numerous bugs. Our only hope currently is if they can find a way to access the triumph data during day 1, as that correctly tracked completion of encounters, and corroborate that data with the current data. But that is assuming that bungie continues to work on this, which is currently unknown

To my understanding, the triumph activation used the same metric. The triumph box only got marked if you got the encounter reward. Bungie does have access to the Triumph data; it's part of our save data. Bungie just hides triumphs that are no longer able to be completed due to community feedback where people complained about triumphs they can no longer complete still being visible and taunting them from past events and the like.

Numerous people, including myself, did not get loot for the first encounter, but the box was checked for the triumph. If that was the case (and I wish it was), I would’ve just redone the first encounter, as it wasn’t too much of a hassle considering we had to do it multiple times due to error codes anyways
