So I just bought the Legacy Deal for Destiny 2. I’m trying to play through the Forsaken Campaign but I can’t figure out how to keep it going. Most guides say to start with the mission “Last Call”, but since this is April 2022, that mission no longer exists. The only mission I could find on my map that had the Forsaken logo was a mission called “Awakening”, which according to my research, is the 7th Forsaken mission (which I’m taking to mean that missions 1-6 no longer exist for new players since Cayde-6 has been dead since 2017.). Anyway I was able to play THAT mission, but now it won’t let me do anything else. I can’t even find a mission marker with the Forsaken logo on ANY of the planets. Again according to my research the next quest should be “Broken Courier” but I can’t find it anywhere. What’s more, it looks like Petra Venj (the person I was talking to in “Awakening”) is now in the Dreaming City with a Witch Queen logo near her. I approached her and she said something about “her queen” but idk if that was a reference to the Awoken queen, or the above Queen. She gave me some things to do (bounties etc) and I did them thinking that maybe they would make it so she could unlock the next Forsaken mission for me, but it did absolutely nothing. I have heard something about Forsaken being vaulted after February 2022, but since it’s now April 2022 and they are still selling the expansion pack I am a bit confused; has the content been vaulted or not? Because if it’s been vaulted, why the heck is Bungie still selling the expansion pack 2 months later as part of a deal? (Yes I know Forsaken and other expansion packs were free until Witch Queens release but I JUST found this game like a week AFTER the Witch Queens release so am REALLY new to all of this. Bottom line: did I just buy an expansion pack that I can’t even play because it’s already been vaulted? If so, how the heck do I get my money back? Again, this is from April 2022 so anyone with info from BEFORE March 2022 might not be helpful here since it’s “outdated info” I think. Honestly I’d just love to ask this question to a person at Bungie directly but again, can’t figure out how to do that, even WITH google. Anyway if anyone could help me figure out that the heck is going on and how to play the next mission after “Awakening” (“Broken Courier” I think) and knows how to do it/has done it themselves AFTER March 2022 I would really appreciate the help!
