Day 4 of not having Season Pass

I purchased the PS4 Collector's Edition on August 24, 2021. I used the code sent to me on 08-25-2021 to get access to WQ Deluxe + 30th anniversary content. I received my CE box via mail 02-15-2021. There was no white envelope in the shipping box for Season Pass vouchers. Zero response from Bungie Help or the Bungie Store customer service outside of automated response. I have tried logging out, restoring my purchases, checking the PS store, all suggested actions. I posted in Eververse and received zero response from Bungie. Very disappointed.
