Its because the presage triumphs are on a weekly reset, im having the same issue. Presage goes into the DCV before tge next reset. Im hoping they will switch it to a daily reset so bew lights have a chance to get it as well considering it isnt made clear anywhere you cant get all three sets of collectibles in the same week.
