Back on September 11th in 2018 I made a movie of the week submission which featured Cayde-6 dying with the windows xp sound, the video obviously did not win movie of the week and I did not think much of it until a few months ago when it came to my attention someone won movie of the week using what was essentially the exact same video but shorter and more quiet.
This was my video uploaded September 11th 2018: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WVCknG8zvc0
And an almost identical video uploaded March 12th 2019 that did win Motw: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zvnCaygNBtQ
Here is the twab confirming this did win motw: https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/47695
I submitted a contact form to bungie through the link below and received an email saying they are not qualified to deal with my issue and that I should try the bungie forums.

Since my idea was used to win movie of the week I am just wondering if I am eligible to receive the "lens of fate" emblem.
To meet the terms for MOTW you must be credited.
Please include a URL to the "This Week at Bungie" that featured your video and the name of your submission.
Links to the Bungie.net profiles of the video creator and featured players MUST be in the video description.
Bungie isnt going to get involved in an IP dispute. You claim it was your concept you will have to take it up with the "offenders"
also, the winning video was done much better, it didnt blow out the ears of the viewers with staticy over blown sound, which is bad.
