It is going to be a monster in PvE. 20% vorpal, cranial stacks and now 40% more damage against red bars.

The entire point is that they shouldn't be nerfing a gun that for one, isn't OP on console to begin with and 2, there were other ways of changing the gun without making its ttk garbage compared to other pvp primaries.
