For every proponent of DMT, there has been the same if not more crying about a nerf. The complaints will never end, and the Bungie community can never be satisfied

Wasn't really many complaints until bungo had to try giving controller players last word in scout rifle form. Controller players still don't hip fire with it anyways and it just results in ruining it for everyone. Oh and of course controller keeps aim bot last word lol.

It's other players not using dmt on PC complaining about m&k players that are. Not a hard concept. The gun is not now and has never been OP on console.
