Have you caught up on all other quests? Anything in your quest log or on your map you haven’t done for the season? Also do you own the current season?

Yes. I have the current season. The Shattered Realms and Astral Alignment quests are working fine. I am upgrading the Wayfinder's Compass and receiving the season's currency. The only problem I have is with this specific quest. Tried to talk to Mara, listened to all the conversations on the console... Nothing seems to help me.
