Asking on behalf of a friend. Friend has had all characters deleted on his account and I would like to know if all of his exotics and his stats would all be intact on his Destiny account even though he has no characters left on his account. The circumstance was someone got his account information on Xbox Live and went in and deliberately deleted his characters while signed in as him. I know Bungie can't restore original characters but if he was able to make a new one would he still have all of his exotic weapons and armor on his account? Or are all of those lost too?
