I think there should be a title for Iron Banner because almost every game mode has one. It would be called Iron Lord and would be unlocked by completing the triumphs for Iron Banner and earning the medal Iron Lord. This would add some much needed incentive for people to play Iron a Banner beyond the pinnacle.
