Bungie should just sell PvE guns directly. It's better for everyone and Bungie profits. It would also eliminate pay to win aspects of buying DLC for weapons other won't have, effectively neutralizes the playing field.
Only for PvP tho, not PvE.
Subsequently, only PvP weapons should be earned in PvP.

I like this because you singled out PVE weapons, remember that certain people want something from the Umbral Engrams that seems like a slim chance to get from the numbers alone, and the hot topic is just the Nightfall weapons possibly the adept ones.
