Hey my friend had this issue last season as well, where in the new season started yet he loaded into the game with no introductory cutscenes playing and no quest/mission appearing for him. This season there is nothing appearing for him as well, and this is a terrible thing because he is locked out of the artifact and cannot progress or start the season. He does not want to have to make a new character to simply progress and get the quest, nor does he want to shell out $10 as last season he did it but STILL did not get to start the Osiris moon mission. If anybody can provide any support at all as to how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated because it seriously is impairing the enjoyment he has with this game, especially since he is new to Destiny.
