Re: the new Harbinger mission: after collecting all the feathers in the chests + the 5 feathers found in the environment, everyone seems to have 44 feathers exactly (on one character). I have 43. Why? Because when I started the mission, I only started with 9 instead of the 10 you're supposed to have from the original Hawkmoon quest. I believe this is the case because during As the Crow Flies, the 4th feather wasn't at the dreaming city when I went to pick it up--yet the game skipped that step as if I'd completed it and went on to the next feather hint. So I was able to complete the hawkmoon quest and get the gun, but only technically collected 9 feathers for it. I didn't think much of it at the time because clearly I had no idea the number was going to matter later! Now I'm a little worried that I wouldn't get the triumph for collecting all the feathers in a week (when it's not buggy) because I'll always be missing that feather.
