Before the people of the last city broke into violence Shaxx was with his Redjacks clearing enemies from an area to keep it safe for an upcoming Crucible match. (Use your imagination some map near or within the city that our enemies could have access to.) Every thing was going fine he was watching them work and only acting if nesecary while on the comms with Saladin talking about the results of the last Iron Banner and who they each had been betting on performing the best. Suddenly his bots all froze: a damp static cold flooded the air around him. Shaxx's gaurd went up and he told Saladin about the dark chill and his bots. They seemed to all power down and begin to reboot. Shaxx put his hand on the handle of his First Curse Hand Cannon as Arcite booted up first and his eye which was formerly a red hue was now a dark icy blue. Cabal Drop pods began dropping around them with amazing accuracy not hitting a single bot. The voice of Calus announces its self from Arcites voice box preaching the end is at hand then as his speech continues all of the redjacks boot up and speak his words in unison. Shaxx calmly relays what has happened to Saladin and the Vanguard. He is then told that just as his redjacks where hacked all the bots system wide had been as well and unfortunately just as the people of the city broke into violent riots and protests among themselves. Calus demands Shaxx's servitude: With out a single word the Warlord channels solar light into the Cannon at his hip draws, and fires a head shot into each bot and reholsters the gun. "You'll regret making me break my own toys." Shaxx bellows toward the Cabal. The Cabal open fire and shots bounce off his armor as he slowly walks towards them with out flinching. They all stop to reload, Shaxx laughs, the Psions in the back blink as sweat rolls down their faces and in that moment Shaxx has punched the head clean off the closest Cabal. He rips the Skyburner from that Cabals grasp launches himself into the air and rains pellets of the gun down upon them before they have even had time to react. As he lands he drops the gun and summons his Sparrow to ride towards the city. Driving one handed he draws the first curse with the other shooting any one who shoots at him along the way. He parks his mini Ruber Ducky Sparrow as he sees fire in the perimeter of the city. Graffiti is all over the wall: Some has been scratched out or written over but the words defund the Vanguard sadden his heart. He hears people shouting about Lightbearer privilege and others chanting about how much they hate Stasis and those who use it. He comes to a street and sees two Lightbearers trying to kill each other while the Lightless are caught in the crossfire. His composure is then lost on them: He downs them both with his cannon and keeps the gun ready till the ghosts appear. Both ghosts beg, Shaxx's gun shatters them both in a menagerie of light. He holsters his gun, sits on debris and stairs off into the madness. The very people he saved beat on his armor with make shift weapons, he does not react and it causes him no harm. He is lost in his thoughts. The city has fallen. Crucible is no more.
