That would break [i]my[/i] spine. In Arkham Knight, he has a tank that shoots (I think) 40mm rubber bullets that can send someone flying across the way. That would kill someone—badly. What’s the easiest way to become exempt from the Geneva Convention? I’ve considered buying an oil rig for 500 million dollars, making a 50 million dollar bribe to Japan to be recognized as a nation, then declaring war on the US to lose my citizenship.
