Or add the rainbow modifier to crucible. This way special only drops on primary kill and vise versa

This is a good idea. Or make it so you can't get an enemy to drop a green brick unless you kill them with primary.

How about this : 1 ammo on respawn, 2 per brick regardless of scavenger or not because its pretty much a necessity at this point to at least have 1 scavenger perk. Trace rifles are fine since they're usually just bad autos

Cap the ammo you can get per brick to 2. I know that's 1 scavenger but 2 ammo I feel like is an appropriate number for weapons to clean up with if they make a mistake or dont hit a fatal shot. 3 is an absurd amount of ammo per brick and 1 just feels underwhelming to have.

They should fix the special ammo value on drop to 2 at the most. Die with 2 ammo? Your enemy picks up 2 ammo, period. Die with 1 special ammo? Your enemy only gets 1 shot frim that brick. Scavenger perks should indeed be disabled in PvP. Crucible is fun until you face someone using Felwinters Lie for like 80% of the match. Coming from me, a guy who only uses 1 ammo scav. on his armor, you just in case the 1st shot doesn't kill.
