Not able to type username when trying to deactivate cross save
It’s not letting me type my username in the section of the deactivation function of cross save on either my computer or phone so I can deactivate cross save to retrieve my Xbox characters

1 回覆Hey there! You can head over to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]this article[/url] and fill out the contact form at the bottom to request that Bungie deactivate it. You may also want to read through their article for more information on what actions can affect your Cross Save. Note: Bungie goes through these reports in order that they receive them, and only during normal business hours Pacific Time.
