IB is designed for the snowball to happen. Anyone being dropped into a game in progress needs to lay the blame at the foot of people who quit mid game. That's why you get dropped into some lopsided lobbies. So how would I solve the problem. Ban you from queuing for an hour if you're gonna quit so easily. Not a perfect solution but might stop the complaints from the masses who don't have a clue how it works.
