Iron Banner Matchmaking Needs Work
The power balance among teams is virtually non-existent.
I fly solo most of the time, but consistently get matched against multiple 2 and 3 man fireteams if not a full 6.
Also when solo, the 2 and 3 man fireteams are often on the opposing side versus mine.
I literally just played 2 matches against the same 6 stack of mostly above 1059LL players where my team is made up of mostly sub 1054LL players including at least 2 sub 1010LL players. We get mercy ruled. The game breaks up those teams and then matches me against the same 6 stack the very next game... with a mostly sub 1054LL team again... and again we get mercy ruled. I'd like to wish bad things to the people responsible for this particular lie.

They don't hold them once they have them. They make people try to capture alone, instead of joining them. Which would shorten the time anyone is stuck on the point. They don't force power plays. It's like people don't even want to compete.
