Nah, only thing it does is expand the viewable screen to be wider. It can actually be kind of disorienting to me, depending on the game. I’ve tried playing Warframe with max FOV and I could never get used to it. Shifted to a happy inbetween though. But yeah; the option would be good.

On console for example, fov is about 80 so its harder to see a flanker coming at you with a shotgun compared to an fov of 105 like pc. Aim assist is exactly the same on either platform, the reason it can feel much better on pc is actually because of the frames, 60fps makes a massive difference on how the game feels on destiny or any game really.
