I like this suggestion, but I would add a "decay" to the system of one "flawless" run for every week of inactivity. The 5-7 tiers are fine as is, and need no "decay", and this would have no effect on those who participate every week, but for those who choose to leave the game or gamemode for a long period of time for whatever reason shouldn't be account locked into a tier they may no longer be able to compete in.

I figured it would just be weekly, and reset each week. Not trying to create pure SBMM, just get players into pools of similar performance for the week.
