Cosmetic QOL Changes

[b]Ghosts[/b]: I don't know about other players but I have so many really cool ghost shells that I would love to use but don't because the perks for that shell aren't useful. I think a good solution would be to make the shells into cosmetic ornaments like the armor ornament system and the perks interchangeable similar to the armor mod system. An aside to the perks, either revamp the gunsmith telemetries or get rid of them and the related perks entirely. As they are now they are useless. Finally make the shell ornaments and the projections randomizable similar to the finishers system. [b]Vehicles[/b], pretty much the same as for the ghosts. Make the appearance an ornament and randomizable and make the perks into a mod system. Make 160 speed the default. Slower speed models are pointless. [b]Ships[/b]: Again, make the appearance and transmat effects randomizable. Get rid of the in inventory item and cost for applying transmat effects. Let people more easily show off these cosmetics that they spend so much time and/or money to obtain. Revamp the [b]shader[/b] system. Get rid of the cost for using shaders, it's silly. Get rid of the inventory items and make them all applicable through the cosmetic interface. Make an "apply to all" option that applies a given shader to all equipped armor.
