THIS is how Bungie could/should set up Iron Banner Quests/Bounties [u][b]8x Pinnacle Bounties[/b][/u] 5x Designated Armour - (Head/Arms/Chest/Leg/Class) & 3x Designated Weaponry - (Kinetic/Special/Heavy) PICK UP 1-8 (Players Choice) if you’ve only time for Arms/Class & Kinetic then so be it) (All 8 Pinnacle Bounty completions are needed to purchase further Pinnacle Bounties - see below**) ALL Iron Banana matches to be completed using ANY variation of Iron Banner Weaponry (Y1 onwards) & whilst wearing ANY mix of Iron Banner Armour Kills only count with 3x Iron Banner Weaponry/Armour (exotic armour to be decided) Light Level (Artifact Light) re-enabled! Quests also to be completed using these protocols (Quests are account based) - Example: If Hand Cannon/Auto Rifle/Rocket kills are needed, then you’d better have a Crimil’s Dagger/Forward Path/Roar Bear Makes a change from using Luna/Suros/Wardcliff Plus put [b][i]Curated Iron Forged - CIF[/i][/b] weapons in place - to be completed across the season ...specialist D1Y1-3 weapon variations something akin to (pick 1 per account) •precision headshots with IB handcannons across all IB sessions in that season to acquire the (CIF) [b]Timur’s Lash (D1)[/b], •Rapid double kills with a Sidearm to acquire the [b]Ironwreath-D[/b] •Kills with a Pulse to acquire [b]Nirwen’s Mercy[/b] **After completing the 8x Pinnacle IB bounties, then Further IB Pinnacle Bounties are made available, via purchase (150 IB tokens each) - a choice of Weaponry/Armour (250 IB tokens for a dedicated slot) (as many as a player would like to buy - must be 100% completed - no hoarding) This gives all players participating the chance to level up [i]every[/i] slot during Iron Banner week, & brings changes to the PvP playlist (and possible Meta with the CIF Weaponry) by just allowing Y1-Y3 IB loot (no more 6x HardLights) Makes it simple - play Iron Banner, find some great rolls for weaponry/armour ....light infuse it & keep it for each session! Let’s Bring Back Loot Ranking D1 Iron Banner was the competitive of its time - with some serious PvP players, earning gear, rolling some top meta weaponry & levelling up that rank to earn emblems, shaders, weapons etc over the course of a year Bungie could revert back to the once proven D1 template Maybe even add some IB Glory (3v3 etc) A Seal too ?
