Seperate flawless trials players from regular players in trials
There really needs to be a seperation between players who have already gone flawless and players who haven't on a given weekend. The lack of seperation makes the optimal method of playing trials going flawless once and then farming the first few wins on a card (likely against players who haven't acquired any wins yet) and resetting for tokens. It would also make paid carries much less viable when you need to play much better players to farm flawless passages. The current system encourages bullying the least skilled players with low win counts to farm rewards and makes for a thoroughly unenjoyable experience for all but the most elite of players.
That would be a form of SBMM which I don't think would be good for Trials. I definitely don't think a casual player should be completely turned away from a playlist but they definitely shouldn't be catered to either. Trials is a place for the best of the best and if you're having a rough time you need to practice and get better. However I do agree with the 3 wins and reset ordeal is does make it harder for the casual person to try, so I think that's the main issue.
