Can you please post a picture of the Bunker Upgrade menu (inspect the brown rectangle on the right side of the screen in the screenshot you posted above.

Yes of course, I have closed the game and relaunched it, switched between all characters, upgraded the bunker further to see if claiming the engram would help, but no luck. Is there a formal way to report bugs to bungie ?
