With great and expansive content, comes the need for MORE VAULT SPACE! Between three characters, all these new seasonal weapons, a changing meta, random rolls, you name it, I, for one, constantly find myself almost maxed out in Vault space, shuffling items between characters and taking some risks leaving stuff with the postmaster for more storage. A gamble that burned me recently, losing some good loot to random blue items in activities. (Bye-bye, Rapid Hit/Firing Line rolled Line in the Sand TT_TT) Even with the announcement that they will limit legendary power/light level maximums going forward to combat power creep, I'm still going to hold onto items. Be it nostalgia, or bragging rights for remembering now damn hard it was to earn X piece of gear, I want space for it. I know it requires more hardware and strains things a bit, but to a degree, it feels like so much has changed since D2 started that we need the space to handle all the stuff available. It's not like I'm holding onto 5 copies of the exact same item; with random rolls I might want two or three of the same item depending on what activity I'm running or build I've set up for. I would also say with everything being so limited to a Season now, with no way to go back (that I'm currently aware of) to the stuff you earned before, I feel that there's [i]more[/i] FOMO now, rather than less. The pressure to get the Seal, the triumphs, the get-it-before-it's-gone-forever makes me want to horde and hold into my gear and guns all the more tightly, lest something turn into the new meta or prove unexpectedly good. 'Cuz once it's gone, it's gone. (Still mourning you Line in the Sand.) Spiel aside, I would ask Bungie to give us, the people, the happy Destiny gamers, more vault space!
