What is the new 'god roll' Spare Rations after Shadowkeep nerf?
I'm seeking out a Spare Rations that is universally good in both PvE and PvP. As it stands right now, the best roll I have is Smallbore + High-Caliber Rounds + Rapid Hit + Multikill Clip + Stability Masterwork.
Should I keep farming till have I one with Ricochet Rounds with maybe a better barrel and Range Masterwork? Or will this one do me justice in PvE and PvP?
I know Ricochet Rounds got nerfed, but High-Caliber Rounds don't really do anything in PvE and Armor-Piercing Rounds are useless in PvP.

The only thing that can increase range significantly other than what you currently have is rangefinder. That only increases the max range by 2 meters which is about 2 steps in game and still has the same fall off rate as one without rangefinder. If you are on console this is an especially great roll due to the stability. You could always grind for a rapid hit ricochet rounds rolls if you get bored but I'd be happy with this roll.
