Top 5 PvP QOL changes:

1. Kill cam. Cannot stress how useful a kill cam is for players trying to develop in PvP. Learning and watch how other players play and how they beat you can teach you how to play better. 2. In-game notifications from players. At minimum giving the player the ability to say “I’m about to cast my super” so that other players don’t effectively waste their supers firing at nothing because they’re already dead. 3. A play of the game after each match. This would just be a fun addition. Creating an incentive for risking big plays that make PvP so fun. 4. More attention to choreographed matches like control, breakthrough, and iron banner. These games feel no different to the score grind of any other mode (plus the capture modifiers) and more game mechanics could make them more interesting. 5. Designated respawn locations and a cut down on buffers. Currently the game just tries to pick a spot where they’re ‘isn’t an enemy player nearby’ and drops you in. Doing this not only other leads to the extra 2-3 second buffer as it still searches for a location (why it doesn’t search while respawn is counting down idk) — and on top of that you can still be respawn Ed within enemy proximity (as if the mechanic just gives up). Making the starting spawn locations for each team their only respawn area for the whole game would solve the above issues. And the fact that each spawn point are on opposite sides of each map, spawn trapping would be very difficult (as defeated enemies will have to travel further than defeated allies). ~ these five things would really give a much-needed update to the mechanics of PvP in D2. I’m sure there are other things that could be added, but this feels like the bare minimum expected in modern PvP shooters.
