This was a season 8 quest and wasn't intended to still be active. Bungie are aware and looking into it. In the mean time, hang onto the quest, as it is possible(though not likely) that they may leave it active for this season once they figure out the issue.

I say that I may not stick around for the next season, but who am I kidding? The shooting mechanics are the tightest around and just make the game so much fun to play. 🤣🍻
