Alright so, as I see it, everyone has a "main" they are playing really most of the time. Honestly, after some time, you REALLY become bored with your char's appearance or there is this one feature that's just annoying the hell out of you and you want to change it. You COULD create a new char but seriously, is it worth doing every single quest again? No. Bungie, please allow us to change our character's appearance. Make it cost like 100k Glimmer, then that stuff finally has a use... Making IDK like a magic mirror or something that changes the appearance, race, voice etc of your char is not that big of a development work and would provide a huge bonus in terms of "gamer feel-good aka QOL".
