Banned from PVP activities

I'm really disappointed on this game. I received a ban for 2 months on my PS4 Account apparently because of my bad connection. This is the second time it happens whithin a couple of weeks and I'm really upset about it, because I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS befor. Everytime I play PVP on this game I always see crazy shit happening, players who use lag switch or stuff like that. And I get a ban for 2 months without a reason. Why do I have problems only on this game? Why not on any other? 2 months and this 5 days befor the new season starts... I'm feeling like betrayed from bungie, after having spent so much money on this game, buying all the expansions, I get this ban. This is the way how you repay a gamer that bought this game on day one. Thank you Bungie!!!! I pretend an answer and above all a cancelation of that ban or I'm gonna request a refund of all the money I've spent on this game. If it keeps going like this I will delete the game and trust me I won't be the only one. I've always thought that this game deserves a lot, I hope I don't have to regret for all the time I've spent playing it. Please respond and contact me via E-mail, if it's needed.   • -_- You had a 2week RESTRICTION and you ignored it? Nice job. Are you hardwired or using WiFi? What are your tested network stats? Up AND down speeds? Ping? Latency and jitter? Packet loss, etc? Network Optimization https://www.bungie.net/en/Support/Troubleshoot?oid=12915

    • If you are on a 2 month, that would mean that you had a 2 week and did not correct your connection issues. Here is bungie's post on the connection based restrictions.
