Yeah if you don't understand something you should go watch a video or read an article. just like what the other guy said you probably didn't realize you were supposed to go in the Tangled shore and do that secret mission will you kill those ogres to pick up those tokens then you have to take those tokens back in the shattered throne just redo the dungeon until you get to the statue and you have the option to put those tokens near the statue and automatically you get your bow. Ex when I don't understand something or I don't know how to do something I find a way how to do it I don't go on the internet and complain about it.

You can’t abandon the quest. There’ll be a secret mission in the tangled shore for you to do if you no longer have the talisman
