In the 2nd and 4th encounter, my fireteam ran into a bug where a fireteam member was unable to interact with anything in the raid. This fire team member was unable to tether to any relay, and he was also unable to shoot to trigger a relay, and during the final encounter, he was not pulled from the islands. This happened twice, and both were on flawless attempts (I want to cry).
