Completed Pit of Heresy Solo, did not receive triumph
As the title states, I just completed the Pit of Heresy dungeon entirely solo and did not receive the corresponding triumph, "Usurper". I went to orbit a few times (for food, sleep, whatever) so I'm not sure if the triumph is bugged when a run isn't seamless.
