After logging in and selecting my character on Playstation 4, I'm given this error and returned to the title screen. Through cross save, I can log in and play the same characters on Steam without issue. I've already reached out to Sony's live support lines and they have confirmed that there is no permissions, sign in, or connection issue on their side. I can't imagine this is a ban, as my log in still works on Steam, so what's going on?
