So I'm level 98 on the season pass and "The Vow," the quest for the catalyst of Eriana's Vow still only goes up by 1% per strike (playlist). If I'm not wrong, it should be going up by 4% per strike by this point. I tried abandoning and reaquiring the quest to no avail. Any tips or information that might help is appreciated. edit: Apparently it really is that slow and was even slower before hitting the increases?
