Im sure if Bungie would look at their own data they would see that practically NOBODY has the Sleeper Catalyst because its locked behind Prestige Spire Of Stars which probably less than 1% of the community is even able to complete...let alone complete multiple times since its an RNG drop. GROW A BRAIN BUNGIE (not to mention Spire Of Stars has absolutely nothing to do with the Sleeper Simulant AT ALL)
