Why Does no one From Bungie Even aknowledge the Transfer problem? Worst Customer service EVER!

I created 2 posts over a week ago about the not able to transfer with images showing ownership and No one from Bungie even tries to help I paid 200 bucks for this collectors Edition Destiny 2. How do you not even have customer service support? Is Bungie Broke? If you cant get this fixed give me my money back.   • I've lost all my enthusiasm for this game because of this. I was going to follow up with the support ticket system that someone on here was kind enough to messaged me a link to. But before filling it out I wanted to give the transfer business one last try over the weekend. Got the same song and dance for the most part. 'Accounts already been transferred', 'you have no characters or dlc licenses', etc, etc. What kept my faith alive though was the knowledge that logging into the Destiny Item Manager would show all my vaulted equipment and characters were fine. Well over the weekend my login for DIM stopped working and after fussing around with it, I ultimately ended up hitting a brick wall. I'm fairly certain I'm not getting any of my stuff back now and it is beyond disheartening. If Bungie ever reads this comment, I just want them to know that I had to tell my clan mates/friends that I won't be playing the game anymore. More over, if this transfer business would have been dealt with in a timely manner I had another friend who was looking to get back into the game and was even going to buy the new expansion. So not only have you lost a dedicated player who has stuck with the game through thick and thin, but you also lost out on a returning player who was ready to jump into Shadowkeep. Lastly, I just want to hammer home the absolute lack of urgency, communication and overall reactions to this issue. There is literally no one taking this problem seriously except the people who are being effected by it. The player base's reaction outside of these forum posts (and even a few people within some of these post) have ranged from hand waving the issue, to full on threats. I don't honestly expect Bungie to curtail their own fanatic's. However, because of the lack of acknowledgement from the dev's, people just assume [i]WE[/i] -blam!-ed this up and [i]WE[/i] deserve what we get for whatever reason. This is simply not the case, and Bungie's lack of communication and half baked response have more or less made [i]US[/i] out to be the incompetent ones in the situation. I could keep writing for what feels like forever, but what's the use. I feel like we got the shaft for no other reason other then because we are in the minority here. And we are just being allowed to slip through the cracks. I wish all of you the best of luck on your journey's to a possible solution, but I'm spent on this issue and will be moving on.
